Published articles are part of the permanent record and are not changed silently. When a problem is found, IJAIDR follows the COPE retraction guidelines.
Correction (erratum / corrigendum)
Issued when an honest error affects part of an article but not its overall conclusions — for example a wrong figure label, an author name or a calculation that does not change the findings. The correction is published with its own DOI and linked to the original article.
Retraction
Issued when the findings are unreliable (because of misconduct or major error), when the work is plagiarised or duplicated, or when it involves unethical research. The article remains online, clearly watermarked "Retracted", with a notice explaining why.
Expression of concern
Issued while an investigation is ongoing or when the evidence is inconclusive.
Reporting a problem
Write to submissions@ijaidr.org with the article's DOI and a description of the concern. Concerns may be raised anonymously if supported by evidence.
