Advertising
- The journal website may show a limited number of advertisements, for example for academic events, training programmes, books or research services, including those of the publisher, OriGene Biosolutions.
- Advertisements are always clearly distinguishable from editorial content and are never placed within the text of an article or alongside an article on a related topic in a way that suggests endorsement.
- Advertisers and sponsors have no influence on editorial decisions, on the selection or content of articles, or on peer review. Editorial decisions are never made, or reversed, because of advertising.
- We do not accept advertisements for products or services that are misleading, harmful, illegal, or inconsistent with scholarly publishing — including tobacco, weapons, gambling, unproven medical treatments, “guaranteed publication” services and other journals or publishers with questionable practices.
- Advertisements must comply with Indian law and the advertising standards of the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI). The journal may decline or withdraw any advertisement at its discretion.
- Readers can report an inappropriate advertisement to submissions@ijaidr.org.
Direct marketing
- Calls for papers and journal news are sent by email or messaging only to people who have subscribed, who have a professional relationship with the journal (authors, reviewers and board members), or whose research is clearly relevant to the call. Messages are honest, identify the journal and publisher, and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
- Our marketing never promises acceptance, guaranteed or “rapid” publication, impact factors or indexing that the journal does not have. Indexing and metrics are stated accurately on the Indexing & Metrics page.
- The journal does not use agents or pay commissions for submissions.
Sponsorship
Any sponsorship of a special issue or supplement is disclosed on the special issue page and in the articles concerned. Sponsors have no role in peer review or editorial decisions, and sponsored articles go through the same peer review as all other articles.
