IJAIDR is fully open access: readers pay nothing. A single article processing charge (APC) covers the cost of publishing each accepted article. Charged only after acceptance. No submission fee, no page or colour charges.
Launch offer
Manuscripts submitted on or before 31 October 2026 pay ₹1,000 (USD 10 outside India) instead of ₹1,500 if accepted. The offer price is fixed by the date the manuscript is submitted, even if it is accepted later. The usual peer review applies; the offer does not affect editorial decisions.
What the APC covers
- Editorial handling, similarity checking and administration of peer review
- Copy-editing, typesetting and PDF production
- Crossref DOI registration and metadata deposit
- Permanent hosting, archiving and indexing feeds
Payment
After acceptance, the corresponding author receives an invoice with payment details (bank transfer or UPI). Production starts once payment is confirmed, and a receipt is issued for every payment. Payment is never requested before acceptance; editorial decisions are independent of payment.
Waivers
Partial or full waivers may be granted to authors without research funding (including students), authors from low-income countries, and invited contributions. Request a waiver when you submit. Waiver requests are handled by the publisher's office and are not visible to editors or reviewers.
Withdrawing a manuscript before acceptance costs nothing.
